The super power of technology
I love to hear people give their point of views on reality, truth, consciousness and other abstract concepts. I love the school of thoughts, the philosophies, the theorists and the thinkers.
There is one issue I have with this though, it’s theoretical and not practical. There is no right or wrong, it is all somewhat plausible. There are no proves. There are no experiments. There is no experience that could prove a point with certainty.
I do believe that the most plausible approach for proving a philosophy or a theory would be to create an experiment with tools, that if successful proves the theory or philosophy to be accurate. The tools that allow us to create these experiences are technology, because technology can expose deep truths.
Hani’s philosophy is really simple: there is a deep feeling of connection that everyone is longing for. Most people would choose connection and belonging over all other things.
The only way to test this philosophy is through this big experiment Hani embodies. Namely, using an investment framework that is based on this philosophy that preselects everything Hani invests in. I’m currently working on a analysis that identifies industries and companies that fit this framework. I will hopefully able to share this soon.
Wikipedia tells us that technology is the application of knowledge to reach practical goals. Is Hani’s knowledge up to date enough and forward looking? And therefore, is Hani’s philosophy practical? That is the question that can only be answered by walking the talk. If the answer is yes, then we have discovered some truth and shown the accuracy of our philosophy.
Hani is walking.
